At Faiza Saqlain we are committed to ensuring the highest level of service. Whilst we hope you are delighted with your order, we do not offer any return of exchange under any conditions. If you find the product faulty in terms of its quality or the work done, you have to get back to us within 48 hours of delivery. After you generate a query, the Quality Department of the Company will look into the issue and get right back to you. After reviewing the product, we may offer you an Exchange or store credit for future purchases in case of any major fault.
• Any changes made to the order can be catered within 48 hours only.
• All orders made can be cancelled within 24 hours only.
• All orders cancelled will be refunded as store credit only.
• We only take alterations reported in within a week after receiving the outfit.
• Orders are not eligible for Exchange, Refund or Charge back.
